Our Services
Patriot Services Group is a Housing First program that provides an integrated approach to move people from homelessness to stable housing. The Continuum of Care is a community-wide commitment to link resources to avoid duplication and facilitate movement toward self-sufficiency.
Patriot Services Group coordinates services, creating a joint effort to better address the chronically homeless as a whole.
In the service to our veterans, Patriot Services Group connects local VA Teams, Veteran Service Organizations and other community resources. Together, we offer employment, benefit claims, counseling services, food, clothing, temporary housing, healthcare, and education benefits.
How We Serve
Patriot Services Group helps people navigate complicated, bureaucratic processes to get the help they need. The road to a home, job or veteran’s benefits from the street can be overwhelming. Patriot Services Group works with the government and various service providers to connect people to the resources they need.
VETERAN’S BENEFITS:
There are several steps to being able to claim veteran’s benefits, and many times those trying to claim them, do not have all of the paperwork or terminology needed to access the system. The Patriot Services Group team has decades of experience working with the VA and can help veterans access the services they need.
CONTINUUM OF CARE:
Patriot Services Group is part of the federal Continuum of Care systems in the communities we serve. This allows our team to connect people to housing opportunities, wrap-around services and food and clothing assistance. Patriot Services Group has working relationships with service providers and will assist in accessing these critical services.
CHARITABLE WAIVER PROGRAM & NON-EVICTION POLICY:
Patriot Services Group understands the path to independence isn’t always a straight line. Sometimes life happens, creating occasional financial difficulties. In each of our communities, we have a “Charitable Waiver Program and “Non-Eviction Policy” to help all residents with rental support when it’s needed.
It just changed my life. It turned everything around. I was in a horrible situation and it gave me hope so yeah patriot services group has done a lot a lot.
